Photography & Images at Events
The Trust will take photographs and video’s during events for promotional purposes, including use on social media and on our website. Consent will be assumed unless specifically informed by the individual that they do not wish their image/video to be used by the Trust.
Individuals will be advised that if they do not wish for their image to be used, they must email the Chair of Trustees to request that the image/video be deleted and/or not be published.
We won't share personal data with third parties for marketing without the express consent of the individual.
Data Retention
We only keep personal data as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Retention periods vary by data type.
