Jack first discovered the David Morgan Music Trust through his role as conductor and musical director of the Blackwell Concert Band, a large community wind band based in Bromsgrove.

Under his leadership, the band has achieved significant milestones, including receiving a platinum award at the National Concert Band Festival, recording an album, and performing at various high-profile events. 

​

As a talented cornet player, Jack has played with several local brass bands, including the Championship Section Langley Band. 

​

Jack saw joining our board as a way to make a meaningful difference and help young people access music. He is committed to supporting young people in musical opportunities, not only through his role as a trustee but also as the lead for music and maths at a primary school in South Shropshire.
